My Katana and my kanji tattoo translated means "Brothers" to honor mine who died in may '99 in a motorcycle accident.
Although there are other pictures on this site of this type of kanji I actually thought up the idea for the tattoo about a year after my brother died and refined it till I had it done in '06.
